Plein air painting on location near Guthrie, Oklahoma. The Cimarron River is loaded with quick sand and I fell up to my knees trying to get down to just the right angle . It was a steep hike with gear down a slope to the river bed, but worth the effort and pain. Sometimes its all about the view.
